Gideon’s Bakehouse Is Bringing a Dark and Savory New Concept to Disney Springs This Summer
Fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse are about to get a whole new flavor experience at Disney Springs.

The wildly popular bakery is opening a brand-new concept called Six Ravens this summer at The Landing, and instead of giant cookies and cake slices, this new location will focus on savory comfort food with a gothic twist.
The star of the menu will be “Coffyns,” medieval-inspired stuffed hand pies made with house-made yeast rolls and packed with savory fillings. The concept pulls inspiration from old European pastry cases once used to carry hearty meals during long journeys, which honestly sounds pretty fitting for a full Disney Springs shopping marathon.

Six Ravens will also serve smashed potatoes with specialty dipping sauces, alongside local craft beers from Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
The new location keeps the moody storytelling vibe Gideon’s fans already love, but swaps sugar for savory in what could become one of the most unique dining additions at Disney Springs this year.
Disney has not announced an official opening date yet, but Six Ravens is expected to debut sometime this summer.
