The Cove Bar at California Adventure’s Paradise Pier area (soon to become Pixar Pier) has re-opened until the end of May with much-loved menu items prized by Disneyland fans once again available. This means that there’s still time to try out the amazing drinks that you’ll find both on the tantalizing cocktail menu and on the mysterious “hidden menu.” One of our favorites has to be the technicolor Cotton Candy Lemonade.
This non-alcoholic drink is a delightful mix of Odwalla Lemonade, flavored with cotton candy and garnished with Cotton Candy. If you have a sweet tooth (and by that I mean a very sweet tooth) you’ll love this crafty creation.
The Cove Bar will eventually close for good to make wake way for Disney’s new concept the Lamplight Lounge which will serve Gastro Pub cuisine as well as signature cocktails. The new bar will boast picturesque waterfront views over two levels as well as outdoor seating that will provide the perfect spot for people watching on Pixar Pier as well as taking in World of Color. The new concept is expected on open on June 23rd along with the rest of the Pixar Pier Area.
