Here we go! We’re excited to announce the schedule of festivities for the 2011 Magical Families Gathering Weekend!
These are the scheduled events where you can count on finding other Magical Families. During times that are not listed on the schedule, design activities and select the theme parks that work best for your family.
Later this week we’ll post pricing and start taking reservations. Walt Disney World is extending our discounted prices three days prior to and three days after the weekend dates, so feel free to add on additional vacation time.
Friday, October 7:
- 4 to 7 p.m.: Check-In and Meet Up with other Magical Families at Pop Century Resort. (Even if you’re not staying at Pop, still plan to check in to pick up registration information and meet other families.)
- 8 to ?? p.m.: Guys Gathering at ESPN Club (Disney’s Boardwalk).
Cost: Each participant will pay his own tab.
Saturday, October 8:
Suggested parks – EPCOT all day or squeeze in Animal Kingdom in the morning.

Magical Families are people passionate about adoption. We have adopted, been adopted, or are planning to adopt – internationally or domestically – or we simply have a passion about orphans finding forever families.
