Santa Meet & Greet in Disney Springs to use Virtual Queue system
A Santa meet & greet is coming to Disney Springs and will be using a virtual queue. The meet & greet will take place at Once Upon a Toy in The Marketplace.

Guests can meet Santa from November 11 through December 24. You’ll need to be in Disney Springs in order to access the virtual queue. The virtual queue can be entered via the My Disney Experience app at:
- 9 am
- 12 pm
- 3 pm
- 6 pm
A push notification will be sent to your mobile device when it’s time for your group to return. The notification will also present a link to a digital entry code. There is a maximum size of 10 people per group.
There won’t be a standby line for this meet & greet.
