One of the many reasons Disney’s Hercules remains a fan-favorite movie title is the top-tier humor sprinkled throughout the compelling story. “Somebody call IX-I-I!” remains one of the best jokes ever in a Disney movie (don’t @ me). To honor the original animated movie, Executive Producer Joe Russo shared that he and his brother Anthony are planning on keeping the humor in the remake, but with a more “modern spin”.

Joe Russo recently shared with GamesRadar+ during a press event for The Gray Man, “It will certainly pay homage to the original with a more modern spin on it. What Anthony and I love about the original is how funny and subversive it is. I think we try to embrace that sense of humor in the remake.”
