Today runDisney officially announced the cancellation of the 2020 Star Wars Rival Race Weekend. The runDisney event is canceled as a safety precaution due to the current pandemic. The Star Wars races were originally planned for April 16th through 19th, 2020. This Star Wars runDisney event would have been its 5th annual race weekend. The cancellation is unfortunate news to hear, but it’s for ensuring the safety of the public.
Runners registered for the 2020 Star Wars Rival Race Weekend will receive a refund, which will return through their original form of payment. Expect refunds for the following:
- Race Registration
- runDisney Merchandise
- chEAR Squad
- Processing Fee
