The 2025 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend is shaping up to be epic! The race themes have been announced, and they’re all about celebrating your favorite heroes.

Get ready to run alongside your favorite heroes! The 2025 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend offers distances for every level, from the 5K to the 10-Miler, plus the 19.3-mile challenge. Each race features inspiring hero-themed artwork.
I am Groot! Runners can channel their inner hero at the 5K, inspired by the iconic character from Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
The 10K race will be a heroic journey inspired by Hercules, the legendary Disney character.
Stretch your limits at the 10-Miler with Elastigirl from Pixar’s “The Incredibles.”
The ultimate test awaits runners in the 19.3-mile Springtime Surprise Challenge, featuring the heroic Baymax in his armor from “Big Hero 6.” This combined challenge includes the 5K, 10K, and 10-Miler.
The 2025 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend will take place April 3-6. Each race boasts its own unique finisher medal, while completing the Challenge earns a fourth medal. Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members can start registering on August 20, 2024, with general registration opening on August 27 at 10 a.m. ET.
