Musical Notes Join Recently Added Stars on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Car
The transformation of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is hitting a new note and this time, it’s literally musical. The iconic upside-down limo at the entrance is continuing its glow-up, now featuring bright blue musical notes dancing across the vehicle’s exterior like a visual soundtrack teasing what’s to come.

Just days after stars were added to the refreshed car, these new musical accents bring even more personality to the display. The notes pop in a darker blue against the car’s base color, giving the whole scene a vibrant, jam-session-in-progress kind of energy. It’s clear Disney is leaning all the way into the music theme as the attraction prepares for its Muppets-inspired reimagining.
The update may not be fully complete just yet though. One noticeable detail still missing is the taillight, leaving us wondering if more finishing touches are on the way. And while the giant guitar marquee remains under wraps, we already know it’s set to receive a bold, psychedelic makeover that should pair perfectly with the new vibe.

When the ride reopens as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, guests will enter G-Force Records for a VIP tour hosted by Scooter, now running the studio under his uncle J.P. Grosse. The pre-show will feature animatronics including Scooter himself, plus appearances from Kermit, Miss Piggy, and even penguin audio engineers. Because of course it does.
From there, it’s a mad dash to make the Electric Mayhem concert on time, with guests boarding tricked-out limos courtesy of Muppet Labs. Expect classic songs, chaotic energy, and a full Muppet-style remix of the ride’s iconic scenes.
