Richard Williams the Animator of Who Framed Roger Rabbit has passed away

Animator Richard Williams from hits such as Roger Rabbit and the Pink Panther has recently passed away in his home in Bristol, UK at the age of 86.

Williams is a three-time Oscar and Bafta award winner, he won two Oscars and one Bafta for his work on Who Framed Roger Rabbit? alone

Who Framed Roger Rabbit was released under Disney’s Touchstone label and was a combined production of Disney and Amblin Entertainment, which was founded by Steven Spielberg.


Cause of death is unknown at this time and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
