Restaurantosaurus located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom has a new sponsor, Impossible Foods! The sign now says ‘Home of the Impossible Burger’ as you walk up.
Impossible Foods makes meat, dairy, and fish from plants.
Their mission is to make the global food system truly sustainable by eliminating the need to make food from animals. In 2016, They launched their first product, the Impossible™ Burger. It’s delicious, nutritious, and made using but a small fraction of the land, water, and energy required to make meat from a cow.

You can pick up the Impossible™ Spicy Southwestern Burger here which is a Plant-based Burger Patty, “Pepper Jack”, Chipotle Sauce, Lettuce, and Tomato.
I have had the Impossible burger here and I can say it is really good.
There is no word on if Impossible Foods plans on expanding the menu items at Restaurantosaurus at this time. I would love to see a few more Impossible burgers at this location!
