This delicious Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait is inspired by the lovable yeti in Monsters Inc!
You can usually find it at Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure but now you can recreate it at home with this simple recipe! As you can see, this treat features lemon sorbet inspired by the “yellow snow” the yeti offers Mike and Sulley in the movie and then blue raspberry to give it that blue color of the yeti.
PIXAR PIER FROSTY PARFAIT
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups of lemon sorbet
- 2 cups of blue raspberry ice treats, mashed
- 4 maraschino cherries

INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a parfait glass, layer 1/2 cup scoop of lemon sorbet, 1/2 cup of raspberry slush and another 1/2 cup scoop of lemon sorbet.
- Add a cherry on top.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
