Now in its eighth year, Ramen Rumble brings together seven past champions from Orlando’s thriving ramen scene for a true battle of broth. Chefs will compete for bragging rights, the coveted Broth Belt trophy, and a charitable donation made in their name. Guests attending one of the two sessions, 5:30 to 7:30 PM or 8:00 to 10:00 PM, will sample creations, cast votes, and help decide who earns noodle supremacy in 2026. General admission tickets were priced at $100++, while VIP booths for up to four guests were available for $600++ and included dedicated service and special swag.
This year’s all-star lineup reads like a greatest hits list of Ramen Rumble legends, including Chef Huy Tin of Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, Chef Kevin Kel of Sticky Rice, Chef Quan Van of Kai Asian Street Fare, Chef Takeshi Ikeuchi of Morimoto Asia, Chef Michael Cooper of The Osprey, Chef Yoko Takagi of Ramen Takagi, and Chef Eliot Hillis of Red Panda Noodle. With winners spanning from 2016 through 2025, the competition truly lives up to its Battle of the Champions name.

Hosted inside Morimoto Asia’s stunning Disney Springs location, Ramen Rumble 8 continues to be one of the most anticipated culinary events of the year. Between the slurping, voting, and giving back, it is clear why this event keeps selling out. If you missed your chance this time, consider this your reminder to keep an eye out early next year, because Orlando’s hottest ramen night waits for no one.
