The new Disney Parks Dress Shop Collection features a white halter top romper with removable layered rainbow skirt! The skirt is made up of sheer panels representing the colors of all the emotions in Disney and Pixar’s Inside-Out, as well as her Rainbow Unicorn’s beautiful locks.

Even with the rainbow skirt removed this halter is still a stunning piece! The front has a glittery pink heart on the shorts hem, just like the one of Rainbow Unicorn’s hip! On the smocked elastic back, is an embroidered appliqué of the dreamy star we all know and love.

I am really loving the removable rainbow skirt. As we see the romper looks sensational with it on or off, and I love that we get the option for how to wear it!
