Sunshine Seasons is a quick service restaurant located at Epcot, in The Land Pavilion. It’s located downstairs near Soarin’ and Living with the Land attractions. The food court offers a variety of food stations to choose from – Soups and Salads, Sandwiches, The Grill, Asian and Grab n’ Go.
I decided to stop by The Grill and try the Sustainable Fish which was Grilled Salmon ($9.99). The grilled salmon was topped with kalamata olive pesto sauce and served with green beans and roasted red russet potatoes. For a quick service entree I was surprised by how good this dish was. The salmon was cooked just right, very moist and had a lot of flavor. The green beans with roasted pine nuts complimented the dish nicely. Since it was September and still very hot I found this to be an excellent item for a light, refreshing lunch. It’s not heavy, so you don’t feel full when going back out into the exhausting heat. The dish is a good size so my husband, Aljon and I decided to share this and grab some snacks later. It was just right for a very early lunch! If you are at Sunshine Seasons and looking for something that is less than your standard quick service fare that is tasty, give the salmon a try.
TIP: Before grabbing a bite to eat for lunch at Sunshine Seasons pick up a FastPass for Soarin’. If it’s early in the day, chances are good that by the time you are finished eating it will be time to ride Soarin’, and if not well then you have enough time to take a boat ride on Living with the Land.

Sunshine Seasons is great and not really that busy
This is one eatery we have yet to try, but it sounds great! I am always in search of healthier selections than burgers and fries! Though, my kids may disagree! 🙂
