It’s beginning to show signs of Christmas at Disney! Even better, we are finding new Christmas shows and movies being made available for the holiday season. For instance, the Prep & Landing cartoon shorts are coming to Disney+ later this week!
“Prep & Landing” and its sequel “Naughty Vs Nice”, will be coming to Disney+ in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand on November 6th. With Australia and New Zealand also getting a third short called “Operation Secret Santa”.
Prep & Landing
If you never saw Disney’s Prep & Landing cartoon, then the following description helps provide further details.
A high-tech team of elves from an elite unit known as Prep and Landing ensures homes around the world are prepared for Santa’s visit. But an elf named Wayne is upset when he doesn’t receive a promotion. Instead, he is partnered with Lanny, an idealistic rookie. During their mission, Wayne and Lanny encounter unexpected challenges that push them to their limits and threaten Christmas for children everywhere.
Also, the characters might seem familiar to those who have been to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for prior holiday seasons. The Christmas elves star in the holiday nighttime spectacular “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” So, Disney Park fans should check out these cartoon shorts if they enjoy the holiday fireworks show!
Prep & Landing: Naughty vs Nice
The official description of Naughty vs. Nice mentions the following:
The yuletide adventures of Christmas elves Lanny and Wayne continue in an ABC holiday special for 2011 in Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice. With the Big 2-5 fast approaching, Wayne and Lanny must race to recover classified North Pole technology which has fallen into the hands of a computer-hacking Naughty Kid! Desperate to prevent Christmas from descending into chaos, Wayne seeks out the foremost Naughty Kid Field Expert to aid in the mission: a bombastic member of the Coal Elf Brigade who also happens to be his estranged brother, Noel.
Both of these holiday specials are phenomenal! Will you be checking out these two shows once they arrive on Disney+ this week?
