In 2018, Disney brought us two new color trends – millennial pink and rose gold. Remember all of the fantastic accessories and yummy treats that were available during this trend? Well, my friends, 2019 is shaping up to be no different. I am really excited about this year’s trendy color as it is my favorite color. Say hello to Potion Purple – 2019’s newest color craze!
While there are various ears and accessories being introduced with the Potion Purple theme, what I am most excited for are the food trends. So far, I am not disappointed! Check out these offerings that you can find for a limited time at Goofy’s Candy Company.
Located in the Market Place section of Disney Springs, Goofy’s Candy Company offers an assortment of treats to satisfy your sweet tooth. Some of these items even count as snack credits for those using one of the three dining plans! (Noted with an S in parenthesis.) When you visit this shop, you will find the following Potion Purple themed sweets:
- Character Inspired Cake Pops (S)
- Character Inspired Caramel Apples
- Decorated Crispy Treats (S)
- Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Wands (S)
- Cookies
All of these items incorporate the Potion Purple theme in some manner – whether it is a purple-colored drizzle, a partial purple-colored chocolate dip or fully purple-colored. There are two versions of cookies available – one with a chocolate drizzle that is purple in color and one that is half dipped into purple colored chocolate. With the exception of the chocolate dipped marshmallow wands, all of the treats available are in the shape of Mickey. Which of these items found at Goofy’s Candy Company are you most excited about?
