Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit coming to Epcot for the Holidays

This Halloween season will be extra fun at the Walt Disney World Resort! A new scavenger hunt is coming to Epcot from September 29th to October 31st, 2022 (or while supplies last).

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit debuted at Disneyland last year and will be making its way over to Epcot this coming Halloween time! At the Disneyland Resort, guests were able to hunt for special, Disney-themed pumpkins throughout the Downtown Disney District.

The Disney Parks Blog described the scavenger hunt as:

“Partake in our new pumpkin hunt in the Downtown Disney District! First, purchase a game board and stickers at select Disney merchandise locations, including World of Disney, and search for 13 different hidden pumpkins throughout the district, each inspired by a different Disney character. Then, place the corresponding stickers on your game board! Whether players choose to hunt for pumpkins or not, they can return their game board to a redemption location at World of Disney or Disney’s Pin Trader for a chilling surprise.”

Here are all the details we know at this time:

Celebrate the Halloween season with your gourd-eous group by partaking in this very special pumpkin hunt from September 29 to October 31, 2022 (or while supplies last).

Here’s how you can join the pursuit:

• Purchase a game board and stickers at select merchandise locations, including Creations Shop, Port of Entry and World Traveler at International Gateway.
• Have fun hunting for hidden decorative pumpkins based on Disney characters. Once you’ve found a character, place the corresponding stickers on your game board.
• Whether you choose to hunt for pumpkins or not, return your game board to Disney Traders—located at the entrance to World Showcase or World Traveler at International Gateway––for a spooky surprise.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is subject to cancellation or change without notice including—without limitation—dates, surprises and prices. Maps, stickers and game boards available while supplies last. Limit 5 game board purchases per Guest. One surprise per game board. Game board valid for redemption through October 31, 2022, or while surprise supplies last.
