Full disclosure, my husband and I lived in Hawaii, and are spam fanatics!  When I heard about the new pineapple spam cheeseburger at Captain Cook’s, I just had to try it.

This burger is a thing of island beauty.  Grilled spam, spinach, melty gouda cheese, teriyaki mayonnaise, and grilled pineapple come together to create I think one of the best burgers on property.  You have all the island flavors of sweet, savory and tangy all in one.
