For three years, Smith has delighted guests and colleagues alike with his music and positive attitude. His colleagues describe him as a Cast Member who consistently turns small interactions into magical memories, transforming a simple stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. into a moment of pure Disney magic.

The Walt Disney Legacy Award is a Cast Member-nominated honor that recognizes outstanding Cast Members, Imagineers, and crew members from around the world. The award is reserved for individuals who personify the three Legacy qualities of Dream, Create, and Inspire. With fewer than 1% of Cast Members across Disney Experiences selected, the honor is a testament to the recipient’s profound impact.
Upon receiving the award, Grayson Smith shared his gratitude. “I’m so grateful, and so thrilled, it’s an amazing feeling,” he said. “To be recognized in front of my friends and leaders, right here in Magic Kingdom, is something I’ll never forget.”
