Pecos Bill Tall Tale Cafe Debuts All New Menu with Create-Your-Own Bowls

The Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café, located in Frontierland at Magic Kingdom, has debuted an exciting new menu featuring customizable bowls that will surely delight hungry guests. This iconic Old West saloon is known for its hearty fare, and now visitors can create their own meals with a variety of new options that cater to all tastes.

At the heart of the revamped menu are the create-your-own bowls, including the Steamed Green Chili-Cheese Tamale, Nacho Bowl, Southwest Caesar Salad, and Rice Bowl, all priced at $12.99. Each option allows diners to enjoy delicious ingredients like stewed pinto beans, queso fresco, pico de gallo, and house-fried tortilla chips. For those looking for something heartier, Pecos Bill also offers the Double Chili con Queso Burger, featuring two flame-broiled beef patties topped with chili con carne, chipotle queso, and corn chips on an allergy-friendly bun.

In addition to the new bowls and entrees, the café has rolled out several gluten, egg, and fish/shellfish allergy-friendly options, making it easier for everyone to enjoy a meal in the Magic Kingdom. Sides like Barbecue-Cheddar Seasoned Fries, Cilantro-Lime Rice, and Charros Beans are available to round out the meal, while desserts like the Sweet Corn Mousse and Mexican Chocolate and Horchata Verrine provide a sweet ending to your visit.
