Peanut Butter Treats have returned to Gideon’s Bakehouse. The great Peanut Butter shortage of 2022 is over, and our favorite cookies and cakes have returned to Gideon’s. Later may we got word that a few companies had recalled tons of peanut butter. Well, it looks like those after-effects are over.
Thank you for being so cool about the peanut butter shortage! We’ve fully recovered! Back for this weekend only (Saturday & Sunday), please enjoy the ultra-popular Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Limited Edition Cookies AND the stunningly accurate PB&J Cake Slices at both locations! Also, let’s get crazy by bringing Pipistrello’s Dark Coffee Cake Slices back just for Saturday! Another reminder that it’s getting hot and humid, and that hurts my desserts, so please keep them protected. It can also be hard on you, especially our friends visiting Disney Springs! Our lines at the Flagship location currently require a virtual queue mostly on Friday through Sunday, with an occasional Monday. Tuesday to Thursday are the best times to visit if you hope to pop in line with no virtual wait. As the summer crowds appear, the wait times will get longer again, so plan accordingly.
