Soarin’ Around the World opened at both Epcot and Disney California Adventure Park this morning. There were some concerns that Patrick Warburton would not be returning as the Chief Flight Attendant after he posted the following message on Twitter yesterday:

According to the pre-flight video tweeted by @TouringPlans, Patrick is still indeed welcoming guests aboard their Soarin’ Around the World adventure. Glad to know he’ll be sticking around!

Guests lucky enough to experience the attraction today have reported three scents including a fresh cut grass smell, a floral scent as well as the ocean.

@DisneyPinsBlog tweeted a photo of a new limited edition Soarin’ Around the World pin that was just released today. Be sure to pick one up soon before they’re all gone!
