We’ve been seeing some reports that state Patina Restaurant Group is currently hiring at The Italy & Pavilion in Epcot and wanted to make sure you are aware that this news is completely incorrect.
We’ll definitely let you know if this changes, but in the meantime we wanted to ensure that you and your readers have the most up to date facts about where we stand as of right now.
So it looks like they are not hiring presently.
The Patina Restaurant Group is looking for Cultural Representatives to work at the Italy & France Pavilions in Epcot according to a post on their website.
We will start first with the details on the Italy Pavilion or you can skip down to the bottom for details on the openings for the France Pavilion.
PATINA RESTAURANTS ON WALT DISNEY WORLD
The Patina Restaurant Group, aluxurious catering company, offers you the opportunity to work for one year in one of their establishments. Patina Restaurant Group counts more than 60 locations in restaurants and performing arts center across the United States.
At Walt Disney World®, on EPCOT park, the Italian Pavilion welcomes thousands of visitors each day that want to live the real Italian experience by having lunch or dinner in one of the Italian restaurants: the Napolitan Pizzeria (Via Napoli) or the traditional Italian restaurant (Tutto Italia). They can also taste and buy Italian wines at the Wine Cellar (Tutto Gusto).
Bring the Italian culture and traditions to Walt Disney World® byparticipating in the Cultural Representative Program with Patina and Disney International Programs to promote Italy with international guests for an entire year, all the while acquiring an extremely valuable professional experience.

THE CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM
To work in the United States, you will need a visa. Our agency will assist for the visa demand. The cultural representative program is giving you the opportunity to work in the USA while representing your country towards the international guests of Walt Disney World®.
This program is designed for young Italian people willing to share their culture: Italian culinary traditions, touristic places, the Italian languages and dialects…
Our team will be assisting you with every step of the process, including the request of the cultural representative visa, Q1. A few weeks before your departure, you will have your visa appointment at the US Embassy in order to officially request your visa.
Conditions to participate:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have Italian nationality
- Speak English
- Be available 12 months

We are recruiting all year long for the Cultural Representative Program for PATINA on Walt Disney World®. Many positions are available, don’t hesitate to share with your friends!
IMPORTANT:
To be a cast member on Walt Disney World® and work with PATINA restaurants will be an incredible experience.
The policy of the company is to give the possibility to everyone to evolve during his program, this is why all candidates will initiate the program working at the kiosk with a rotation on different Food and Beverage positions. After a few months you will evolve and work at the restaurant as a restaurant host or as a server. This is not applicable for culinary positions. To apply for this program you must be flexible and accept to work on different Food and Beverage positions.

CHEFS DE FRANCE: BOCUSE ON WALT DISNEY WORLD®
Since 1982, the Bocuse house has been making the guests of Walt Disney World park dream about France by giving them the opportunity to live a unique and wonderful experience at the French pavilion of EPCOT. They can live a typical French experience and taste the most famous French meals.
