Park Hours at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be extended a few days in September

Disney’s Animal Kingdom park hours are being extended next week! Operating hours at the park right now are 9 am to 5 pm. On Sunday, September 20, the hours will be extended by an hour. The park will still open at 9 am but will close at 6 pm.

You can see the new hours on Disney World’s website as well as the My Disney Experience app. Interestingly, the calendar shows that only 2 days in September will have an extra hour; the 20th and 26th. All other days in September, October, and November show Disney’s Animal Kingdom opening at 9 am and closing at 5 pm.
