The menu will include Crab Louie Salad with watercress, tomato, bacon, avocado and Braised Pork Shoulder with miso and cauliflower puree. There will also be Chocolate Crème Brulee with fresh raspberries for dessert. House red and white wine are included. Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite and are priced at $45 per person. Paddlefish is located on the water at Disney Springs across from Portobello Country Italian Trattoria.
