Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings hosted a news briefing earlier today about the Coronavirus and to provide an update on cases in Central Florida.
In the Q&A portion of the meeting, a question came in about any COVID-19 cases tied to Disney World, Universal Orlando or SeaWorld, either spread from workers or visitors.
Orange County Health Officer Dr. Raul Pino states that they haven’t seen any large amount of positive cases coming from any of the Orlando Theme Parks at this time.
He goes on to say how there have been individual cases but there is no direct connection to the theme parks.
