Walt Disney World is preparing for its 50th anniversary celebration starting this fall. Part of the celebration is an EARidescent makeover to Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom.
Decor is being added to the castle pretty regularly and for the most part all has gone well until recently. One of the diamond jewels recently fell off of a drapery attached to the castle.
The blue jewel fell off of the castle and landed in the grass below. In the photos below, you can see a white spot in the center which is likely where the adhesive for the jewel went.
The 18-month 50th anniversary celebration kicks off at Walt Disney World on October 1st and we can’t wait to see the final Cinderella Castle decor!
