Official look at Sebastian in the upcoming Disney’s Live-Action Little Mermaid. We have been waiting a long time to see the characters from the forthcoming movie, and when Disney finally dropped a teaser trailer we got a closer look at a few characters including Prince Eric and Ursula. Now it is reported that a new image of Sabastion the Crab is making its way around the web.
Disney fans eagerly anticipating The Little Mermaid’s live-action remake can now glimpse one of the movie’s beloved characters. A new image from a tie-in book for the movie offers a first look at Sebastian the crab, voiced by Daveed Diggs.
The design for Sebastian is true to life, with Disney using a technique similar to the one seen in its live-action remake of The Lion King. Fans can see every detail of the crab, from its shell to its claws and eyes. This realistic depiction of Sebastian has been criticized by fans of the animated Little Mermaid movie, who fell in love with the character’s personality and memorable songs.
