Universal Orlando just announced an updated version of the popular Nightmare Fuel show is coming to Halloween Horror Nights this year. The show is described by Universal as follows: Step right up to a dark circus, where a new nightmare carries with it a sinister curse. This thrilling show promises a mesmerizing display of pyrotechnics and aerial acrobatics, ensuring a heart-pounding experience for all who dare to attend.

Nightmare Fuel has become an annual highlight of HHN, with the first iteration debuting during Halloween Horror Nights 30 in 2021. Previous versions, including “Wildfire” and “Revenge Dream,” have captivated audiences with their intense and immersive performances. This year’s iteration, “Nocturnal Circus,” continues the tradition with even more thrilling elements.
In addition to “Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus,” Universal Orlando has announced two terrifying scare zones for Halloween Horror Nights 33:

- Swamp of the Undead

- Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
- A Quiet Place
- Triplets of Terror
- Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America

Tickets for Halloween Horror Nights 33 are now on sale via the Universal Orlando Resort website. The event will run on select nights from August 30 through November 3, 2024.
