Nothing gets a Disney Parks fan worked up quite like their favorite snack, and although the top fan favorite is always up for debate, Dole Whips never fail to be in the top 5. Lately, the Magic Kingdom has been introducing flavors other than pineapple around the park, such as mango and lemon. The newest combination to hit Aloha Isle is the Raspberry and Pineapple Swirl Float. We had to get down there ASAP to check it out for ourselves.
The base of this drink is pineapple juice, which is topped with a swirl of the classic pineapple Dole Whip and the newer raspberry Dole Whip. We had previously seen raspberry in the Hei Hei Cone at Aloha Isle, which has since disappeared. We were excited to try these two tart flavors together and to see how they’d taste in a float. We weren’t disappointed!
The refreshing fruity flavors complement each other perfectly and are just sweet enough to satisfy a need for dessert, but not overwhelmingly so for those who are sugar-phobes. The fact that this is a drink helps it to be the perfect choice as we wait on the cooler fall weather to arrive. And as usual, this dole whip is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and fat-free. It costs $5.99 before tax. Overall, this is a great snack choice for the whole family!
We’ve enjoyed tasting all the new flavors of Dole Whip that the Magic Kingdom has been rolling out. From lime to orange, the options have been expanding rapidly and are all delicious! This new float is no exception, so if you’re a Dole Whip fan you’d better hurry over to Aloha Isle and try it out. Now the biggest question is simply: which flavor is your favorite?
