Vans Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Shoes
Vans and Disney are at it again. The two iconic companies have partnered up once more to create some fun Disney-designed apparel for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.
These emblazoned shoes will help keep you from that post-Disney trip sadness every time you look down and see that little guy smiling up at you!

These slip-on canvas shoes feature a light blue castle-printed background. Mickey in his classic colors stands smiling happily at us. Aw Mickey, we love you!
The side has a classic Vans Cinderella shade of blue and white checkerboard.
The back repeats the Cinderella Castle motif. The “Vans Off the Wall” logo is placed on the lower back heel.
In classic Vans style, an elastic band is sewn in at the tongue of the show. A black line detail encircles the show just below the print.
The box for this shoe is the same as the Disney Parks Icons version so be sure to make sure you are grabbing the correct pair. Gold detailing on a cream-colored box shows the 50th Anniversary logo along with the classic checked pattern.
Vans Sizing
It’s interesting to note some of the boxes showed men’s sizing while some showed the men’s and then the women’s conversion sizing. The basic rule of thumb to remember is women’s sizes are about a size and a half down from men’s. There was no difference in style on those boxes.

There were a few other items on display including the Disney Parks Icons style of Vans that debuted a couple of weeks ago. You will usually spot a crowd before you spot the merchandise and popular sizes are hard to come by. Don’t be afraid to ask a cast member when they expect a shipment or ask them to look up the size you need in the system.
Where to Find Them
While Shop Disney and in the parks is the only place you will find this particular collection, you can find some other Disney-branded Vans merchandise on the Vans website.
Don’t forget to check the resorts. Some of the Disney Resorts carry a limited supply as well.
I admit it. I am a Disney adult, and I may have been in envy of some of the character shoes in the children’s section from time to time. I am so excited that I can buy real adult Disney shoes and by the looks of how popular this line, is I am not alone!
