This month’s Limited Edition is a first for Gideon’s at Disney Springs, the Toasted Coconut Caramel! We take our iconic Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and fuse that vanilla bean dough with our Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. The cookie is topped with Shaved Toasted Coconut to give you the softest Cookie with some crunch! No worries, there’s none of that weird chewy coconut here! Fresh and delicious! This April Limited Edition Flavor is available at the OG location in the @eastendmkt and Gideon’s in @DisneySprings every day of the month while supplies last!

This three-layer Vanilla Cake is covered in generous portions of flavorful Coconut Cream Buttercream. We’ve sourced the best ingredients on earth for this Buttercream, and it stands out. We’re complimenting things with ribbons of our homemade Salted Caramel between the layers and Toasted Coconut on the outside. This must-try cake slice will only be found each weekend of April at the OG location in East End Market and Gideon’s at Disney Springs. While supplies last. Limit two per person.
