New Times Board debuts in Epcot. Guest Relations, also known in the parks as Guest Experience Team blue umbrellas have shown up all around the 4 parks since the debut of Genie Plus. The Blue umbrellas are very noticeable and the Cast Members who work under them are very knowledgeable and can help with most situations you may have regarding Genie plus or DAS services, or issues with Lightning Lane.
Disney is now installing New Times Board to go along with the blue umbrellas. New times board has been installed in Epcot. At the Guest Service Blue Umbrella in between Creation Shop, Test Track, and Mission Space, next to the kid’s fountain play area. You can take a quick look at the boards while passing and find times for all the rides in Epcot quickly, without pulling out your phone and opening the app.

Guide Maps
Each theme park Guest Relations location has Guide Maps for their own park in 6 different languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Japanese. Guide Maps for other parks are available there in English only. For example, the Epcot Guest Relations location offers Epcot Guide Maps in 6 different languages—with Guide Maps for other parks available in English.
At Disney Springs, Guest Relations has Disney Springs Guide Maps in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese—as well as theme park Guide Maps in English.
Each location also provides detailed guides for Guests with Disabilities.

Guest Relations is available at all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Hours of operation vary based on location. Each Guest Relations location is open during the normal operating hours for its park or complex.
