It’s summer at Universal Orlando! Sort of, not only is the VelociCoaster open with technical rehearsals but they have added new food booths called Summer Bites. The new Summer Bites booths are at Universal Studios and we imagine they are to draw some guests away from the hustle and bustle of Islands. There are three new booths around Studios.

The first is a food truck and it has Melts, Mac and Cheese, and sides. Of course there are beverage options. Here’s a closer look at the menu:
The area in New York across from the Transformers ride also has a nice selection.
It’s probably the largest menu and features some yummy summer bites such as street corn, Arepas, and Elotes Asados.
The last food truck we saw was by Lombard’s Landing. The menu had a pressed Cuban sandwich and Beef Empanadas.

The menus have some delicious options and it’s always nice to have more food options while inside the parks. We hope they continue to add even more booths like they did with Mardi Gras. Either way it’s great to see Summer Bites and we look forward to trying some items off the menus.
