New Stage Area Erected Near CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT

During a recent visit to EPCOT, the Chip and Co team spotted a new stage area near CommuniCore Hall, across from the main stage in CommuniCore Plaza.

The stage may be planned for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which is set to debut on January 17. The festival is known for its vibrant blend of visual, culinary, and performing arts, including live performances that showcase incredible talent. However, Disney has not yet announced any programming for this new location as part of the festival lineup.

Another possibility is that the stage could be intended for a private event. Since there are currently no scheduled dates for early park closures at EPCOT, any private events would seemingly be taking place after normal park hours.
