Fresh Flavors in Full Bloom: New Delights at EPCOT’s Farmers Feast Outdoor Kitchen
Spring has officially sprung at EPCOT, and with it comes a fresh batch of seasonal goodies at the Farmers Feast Outdoor Kitchen! As part of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, this rotating menu hotspot is known for keeping things fresh and flavorful — and the latest Springtime Menu might just be the tastiest lineup yet.

Two standouts that have guests raving (and Instagramming) are the Warm Corn Cookie and the Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail. The Warm Corn Cookie is a sweet-meets-savory surprise, topped with creamy sweet corn soft-serve, brûléed corn, lime zest, and a hint of white chocolate. It’s a playful, elevated take on fair food and a must-try for festival-goers. Meanwhile, the Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail offers a floral twist on a classic refreshment — blending Islamorada Hibiscus Gin with Simply® Lemonade for a drink that’s as gorgeous as it is refreshing.

The rest of the Springtime Menu (available now through May 3) brings even more garden-inspired goodness. The Grilled Peaches and Burrata combines salty prosciutto with juicy peaches, micro mint, and a sweet tea-lemon gastrique, while the Seared Pork Tenderloin is paired with creamy corn risotto and a vibrant roasted red pepper sauce. Every dish feels like a celebration of spring — light, colorful, and packed with flavor.

Of course, Farmers Feast isn’t stopping there. Starting May 4, the Summer Solstice Menu will take over with new offerings like Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella, Grilled Beef Strip Loin with Tomato Risotto, and a comforting Peach Cobbler with Cinnamon Gelato that’s perfect for a warm summer day.
