Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

New signage installed for Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot. Florida Blue took over at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for a few months and turned into a free private lounge for cardholders. The space was used as a relaxation zone and had small snacks and some drinks available.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall use to be a character dining spot located in Norway Pavillion in Epcot. Since the pandemic, it has shut down and not returned as dining. Could this mean the return of character dining in Epcot? We have not heard a word from Disney yet on what is going on, but when we do, we will pass that info along to you.
