Disneyland and Walt Disney World are awash in purple these days. With everything from purple snacks, to spirit jerseys, it’s quite clear that purple is the color of the moment at Disney Parks and Resorts. We’ve got a look at another addition to the lilac and lavender lineup with the Purple Cupcake in Epcot.
The aptly named new treat can be found at Kringla Bakeri in Epcot’s World Showcase Germany pavilion. The sweet treat is adorned with purple buttercream and a chocolate bustier that creates a flowing purple and white dress. The cupcake is very similar to the Belle Dress Cupcake that appeared in Epcot late last year, but with a slightly different design and color scheme.
The Purple Cupcake is available for $5.99 at Kringla Bakeri og Kafe and can be purchased with Disney Dining Plan snack credits. While you’re there make sure you try the famous School Bread as well, it’s one of our favorites!
