The new DVC Tower and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is slated to be completed and open sometime in 2024. The exterior work on the building has reached a phase where many of the themed elements are starting to be installed, giving us a glimpse into how the tower will ultimately look when completed!

Wood look elements that tie into the Polynesian theming are being installed, which softens the current concrete look of the building.
The themed roof overhang has also been installed, which helps bring the look of the building closer to the concept drawings that were initially released.
The work on the exterior on this side of the building demonstrates how much the concrete look will be softened to allow the new tower to fit into the resort’s theming.
