EPCOT’s 2025 Flower & Garden Festival has introduced an exciting new addition for families with the debut of Playalong Bay, a nautically themed playground designed for young adventurers. Located in the covered flex space along Rosewalk, between World Celebration and World Showcase, this interactive play area is the perfect spot for kids to climb, swing, and explore while parents take a well-earned break.

Designed as a tribute to EPCOT resort pools, Playalong Bay takes inspiration from the water-themed play areas found at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. For those looking for a bit of lore, “The Legend of Playalong Bay” can be found posted in the area. The tale tells of the S.S. Smucker’s, a ship that met an unfortunate fate—sinking beneath a flood of creamy peanut butter and fruity jam! After the crew abandoned ship, the wreckage remained untouched… until now, when it was transformed into a high-seas playground for tiny explorers aged 2-5.
