New Mobile Checkout available at Walt Disney World

Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels now have the option of using the My Disney Experience app to check out.

If guests have a credit card on file, or a zero-dollar balance, there are two check out options that don’t require a visit to the front desk!

The first option automatically checks guests out at 11 am on their check out day.

The second option is currently for guests staying Disney’s Caribbean Beach and Disney’s Riviera Resorts. They can check out via the My Disney Experience app. You can view your charges on the app, or an email with you itemized hotel account will be sent. This feature will be available at other Walt Disney World Resorts soon.
