The beloved Living with the Land attraction at EPCOT is blossoming with new magic, transforming its greenhouses into enchanting scenes inspired by beloved Disney films for the 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Moana’s Oceanic Oasis:
As the boat glides into the first greenhouse, the unmistakable sight of Moana’s outrigger canoe greets visitors. The iconic vessel, complete with its red-swirled sail and Maui-autographed oar, has been cleverly repurposed as a planter, bursting with lush vegetation. Potted plants and a basket of tropical fruit surround the canoe, creating a scene straight from Motunui.

Adding to the tropical ambiance, squash-shaped pots hang from nearby structures, overflowing with plants and jasmine vines. A culinary corner showcases ingredients like tamarind, allspice, and licorice root, while a bowl of vibrant red peppers adds a pop of color. Before leaving this section, a tapestry backdrop and potted plants complete the island-inspired display. Â

A Taste of New Orleans with “The Princess and the Frog”:
Further along the journey, the edible flower garden takes on a Mardi Gras flair, paying homage to “The Princess and the Frog.” Large cooking pots, perfect for whipping up a batch of gumbo, serve as planters, while vegetables are artfully arranged on a table draped with feathers and beads. This whimsical scene captures the vibrant spirit of Tiana’s culinary dreams and the festive atmosphere of New Orleans.

Rapunzel’s Artistic Retreat:
The final themed display transports guests to the whimsical world of “Tangled.” Rapunzel’s artistic talents are on full display, with paintings depicting her signature sun, her tower, and the lantern festival. Paint supplies and purple and gold pots are scattered around, creating the illusion of her creative workspace. The central planter is ingeniously designed to resemble a painter’s palette, adding a touch of artistic flair.

Another Rapunzel painting, featuring her trusty frying pan, is accompanied by a pot adorned with blue flowers. Flynn Rider’s brown bag, spilling apples, rests near purple flowers reminiscent of Rapunzel’s dress, completing the enchanting scene.
These meticulously crafted displays not only showcase the beauty of plants and gardening but also celebrate the magic of Disney storytelling. The 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival promises a truly immersive experience in Living with the Land, where horticulture and imagination intertwine. Be sure to catch these incredible additions to the attraction during your next visit! Â
