New Menu Items Revealed for Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Saint Augustine Mahi Mahi from Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is one of those must-eat restaurants in Disney Springs. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of great restaurants, but I can’t stop dreaming about Fried Chicken and Doughnuts on a Sunday afternoon. But it’s going to get even harder to choose because of the new menu items just announced! They’re already on the menu, so drop in soon!

Start your meal with a fabulous new cocktail, the Passionfruit Daiquiri. It’s made up of Flor de Cana Rum, Cointreau, passionfruit, lime juice, and simple syrup. And it looks so elegant with an edible flower on the top! If you’d like something a bit more interactive, the Tropical Itch might be for you! It has Woodford Britton Barrel Select Bourbon, Plantation OFTD Rum, Cointreau, passionfruit, pineapple, and lemon juices. Finished off with your very own bamboo back scratcher, it’s way more than a drink! There’s also a new Strawberry Margarita on the drinks menu, so there are plenty of updated choices.

The new entrées will help you get the best Florida vibe you can while visiting Disney Springs. Try the new St. Augustine Mahi-Mahi for some fresh seafood. It’s a fresh-caught Mahi, grilled and drizzled with a lemon-garlic butter sauce. It comes with roasted potatoes, carrots, squash, and snap peas. If you’d prefer something lighter, maybe a salad would be perfect. Like the Grilled Shrimp, Watermelon & Feta Salad. Topped with grilled ancho shrimp, the base of the salad is made up of watermelon, feta cheese, grape tomatoes, fresh mint, romaine, and arugula tossed in green goddess dressing and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Yum!
