- Flash Fried Whole Branzino: A signature dish of Chef Masaharu Morimoto, this Chinese-inspired arrangement is accompanied by sweet and sour sauce, cucumber slaw, and a choice of white or brown rice, available for $42.
- “Tang Yuan” Black Sesame Mochi: For dessert, guests can indulge in this traditional Chinese treat, featuring black sesame paste-filled mochi in a warm coconut broth, garnished with orange zest and strawberries, offered at $12.
