New Lunar New Year Cocktails Coming Soon to Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs

As the Lunar New Year approaches, marking a significant celebration across East and Southeast Asian cultures, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is set to celebrate with an array of limited-time offerings. From February 9 through February 25, guests can immerse themselves in a culinary journey that honors the arrival of spring and the start of the new year according to the lunisolar calendar.

Here is the lineup of the speciality dishes and drinks that will be offered as part of the Lunar New Year celebrations:

• Crispy Soft Shell Crab: A nod to Singaporean cuisine, this dish is served with a spicy chili sauce and fluffy bao buns, priced at $17.
• Flash Fried Whole Branzino: A signature dish of Chef Masaharu Morimoto, this Chinese-inspired arrangement is accompanied by sweet and sour sauce, cucumber slaw, and a choice of white or brown rice, available for $42.
• “Tang Yuan” Black Sesame Mochi: For dessert, guests can indulge in this traditional Chinese treat, featuring black sesame paste-filled mochi in a warm coconut broth, garnished with orange zest and strawberries, offered at $12.

• Good Fortune: A mix of whiskey, apple brandy, peach liqueur, and more, with a fortune cookie on the side. It’s $19 and promises good luck!
