New Guest Relations is now open in Epcot. Construction walls have been removed and the entrance to a newly refurbished Guest Relations is now open again. Guest Relations in World Celebration closed in January of this year and was walled off. Guests had to use the front entrance guest relations, or find a blue umbrella located around the park.
The entrance now sports a newly designed sign and the inside has been completely redone. Inside you can see a new Epcot sign hanging behind the counters, new lighting, floors, and the new Epcot icon sign. You can see the photos below, along with our Instagram post.

With a distinctly Disney touch, Guest Relations provides a wealth of handy services designed to make your vacation as hassle-free as it can be.
Guide Maps
Each theme park Guest Relations location has Guide Maps for its own park in 6 different languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Japanese. Guide Maps for other parks are available there in English only. For example, the Epcot Guest Relations location offers Epcot Guide Maps in 6 different languages—with Guide Maps for other parks available in English.
At Disney Springs, Guest Relations has Disney Springs Guide Maps in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese—as well as theme park Guide Maps in English.
Each location also provides detailed guides for Guests with Disabilities.

Guest Relations is available at all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Hours of operation vary based on location. Each Guest Relations location is open during the regular operating hours for its park or complex.
