New Dining Options are Coming Soon to Disney’s Coronado Springs
This summer, along with the opening of the Gran Destino Tower, new dining options are coming to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
The new venues are opening in July and will offer so many delicious new options, with incredible views of this beautiful resort.
Three Bridges Bar & Grill will be located at Villa del Lago, in the center of the lake and will provide a wonderful new table service dining experience. The menu includes sandwiches, shared plates and more with a relaxing water view.
Examples of shareable options include Curry-Lentil Hummus and Stuffed Mushrooms. Entrees include the Villa del Lago Salad featuring arugula, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans and asparagus topped with sherry vinaigrette dressing. Other options include Braised Pork Tacos, Crispy Chicken Sliders, and the Three Bridges Signature Burger, which comes with potato, Manchego che ese, roasted, garlic-lemon aioli, arugula, and tomato.
For dessert, enjoy warm churros complete with chocolate sauce or a vanilla custard Mickey tart with pineapple and tropical sorbet.
Then, there are the beverages! It is a bar and grill after all! You can choose from a whole lineup of delicious cocktails or share a pitcher of one of the house-made sangrias. There are also several craft beers and wines, as well as non-alcoholic beverage choices.
The Dahlia Lounge is located inside the Gran Destino Tower, next to the new table service restaurant, Toledo – Tapas, Steak and Seafood. The rooftop lounge will feature a unique atmosphere, along with beverages and dishes such as Savory Churros, Roasted Beets and more.
Finally, in the lobby of the Tower, guests will find the Barcelona Lounge. Filled with diverse patterns and colors, inspired by Barcelona, Spain, guests will find various coffee options, as well as American pastries and breakfast items.
All of these great new options will be opening in July, along with the Gran Destino Tower, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
