- Perfect Location: The new terminal will be built at the existing North 8 berth. This spot is ideal because:
- It shares a basin with the existing Cruise Terminal 5, making efficient use of space.
- North 8 was built in 2018 with flexibility in mind, so modifications to accommodate larger ships will be minimal.
- The vacant land around North 8 allows for construction with minimal disruption to current port operations.
