New Construction Photos of Ratatouille Ride in Epcot

Ratatouille ride

Last summer Disney announced that guests could expect to see a new Ratatouille ride coming to Epcot’s World Showcase. Construction is well underway on the new Ratatouille ride coming to the France Pavilion in Epcot. The construction began on Wednesday, September 20. We have some aerial photos of the new ride from @bioreconstruct ! Guests will be able to shrink to Remy’s size and scurry to safety in a dazzling chase across a kitchen with the sights, sounds and smells of Gusteau’s legendary Parisian restaurant

The new ride was originally announced at D23 Expo this past July. The ride will be part of an overhauled Epcot and a reimagined France Pavilion including new shopping and dining options. We anticipate the new ride to make its debut prior to October 2021 but no official date has been announced by Disney.

If you don’t want to wait until then to check out the ride, you can always plan a visit to Disneyland Paris! “Ratatouille: The Adventure” ride opened at Disneyland Paris in July 2014. The attraction there allows Guests to shrink down and join Remy on a chaotic chase across the kitchen of Gusteau’s Kitchen – sounds and smells included!
