New Construction Permit filed for Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

It looks like more changes are on the horizon for Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa at Walt Disney World.

A recent construction permit was filed for the resort for “general construction”. The more intriguing part of the permit, however, is the name of the contractor. MLC Theming, Inc. is a specialty company that generally works on large-scale ride theming projects and is listed on that first permit.

Now, another permit has been filed for the Grand Floridian. This new permit is also for “general construction”, this time in the resort’s main building. The contractor listed on this permit, Poli Construction, specializes in build-outs, restaurants, and hotels.
